Rudi Kuhn is a practising attorney, specializing in labour law. He represents various individuals and employers. He appears regularly at the CCMA and the Labour Court. He also teaches labour law at various levels and at different entities. He holds BLC and LLB degrees from the University of Pretoria and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 1990. He obtained a post graduate diploma in Labour Law at the Rand Afrikaans University in 1992 and was admitted to appear in the High Court in 2005. He has gained skills and experience to effectively deal with a variety of labour disputes including unfair dismissals, disciplinary hearings, unfair labour practices, sexual harassment and automatically unfair dismissals. He is a member of SASLAW, an association for labour law practitioners and has acted as a judge in the Labour Court.
